JUNE FAVORITES

Hi everyone, and Happy Fourth of July! I'm sorry that I've been MIA on here for a couple weeks, my summer classes are seriously kicking my butt. But, I'm back and excited to share my favorites for the month of June!

I can't believe that it's July already! This summer is flying by, but I'm honestly okay with that because my favorite seasons are right around the corner. I'm already checking out the pumpkin scented candles in the stores and planning some awesome fall and winter blog posts. I can't wait!

Anyways, last month I discovered some awesome new products that I have been loving, so I thought what better way to share them than in a monthly favorites post?

So, without further ado, here are some things that I was loving in the month of June!

 ♥

1. Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm SPF 25 in "Grapefruit & Ginger"

This lip balm is incredible! Before I bought it, I had heard such good things about the Jack Black lip balm line, and had been wanting to try it for a while. I'm so glad I picked it up! It is perfect for summer time since it has a high SPF in it, and it feels so incredibly moisturizing and really heals your lips. It feels amazing, smells amazing, and tastes amazing. I've been using it nonstop!

2. Not Your Mother's Clean Freak Dry Shampoo

I have tried many dry shampoos, but I'm really liking this one! It's affordable, and really works. It has a light, pleasant scent and doesn't leave a white residue. It's a must for me on days my hair could use a little love.

3. e.l.f Gotta Glow Lip Tint in Perfect Pink

This is probably my favorite discovery for the month of June! I just think it is one of the coolest lip products that I've ever tried. This feels like a lip balm, and goes on with a slight pink tint. However, it reacts with the chemistry of your lips to create your perfect, customized pink shade. How fun is that?! What I love about it is that you can make it as subtle or as bold as you want because it's buildable. And, once the balm part wears off, it leaves a tint on your lips so the color is really long lasting. I'm obsessed.

4. Benefit Roller Lash Curling & Lifting Mascara

I got a deluxe sample size of this mascara in one of my monthly subscription boxes, and I am in love! I can see why this mascara has gotten so much hype, it provides long, full lashes without any clumping what so ever. When I use this, my lashes look incredible but feel so light, like I have no mascara on at all. While I probably won't purchase the full size when I run out of this little guy because $24 is far too much money to spend on mascara right now, you can bet that when I start my actual career in a couple years, it will be the first high end mascara on my must have list.

5. The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Clay Mask

I have been really into using face masks the last month. I forgot how fun and refreshing they are to use, and how good they make your skin feel. While my all time favorite mask is a charcoal one by Origins, I discovered this lovely unused mask sitting in my drawer last month and decided to give it a try. It feels so amazing, and is great for acne prone skin like mine. When you put it on your face it feels incredibly cooling, and soothes your skin and uses tea tree oil to cleanse and absorb excess oil without over drying. It was definitely a great discovery for the month of June!

6. Day Designer x Blue Sky Daily/ Monthly Planner

Last but certainly not least, my planner has been my best friend recently. Summer classes are always so hectic, and I would feel so lost and unorganized if I didn't have an awesome planner to help me keep track of everything. I discovered this collaboration line between the highly praised Day Designer line and a company called Blue Sky at target last year. I have since purchased two of their planners, and they are always perfect! This one I bought for my summer classes and the next two college semesters is gorgeous and functional. Since it is a daily and not a weekly planner there is plenty of room to write down everything. I'm thinking about making a blog post about these planners because I have so many more good things to say about them. Basically, if you're looking for a high quality, high end feel planner at an affordable price, check out this line!

And that's all of the new things I have been loving for the month of June! I hope you enjoyed this post, I know I enjoyed writing it. Get outside and enjoy this coming month!

Stay tuned for more posts soon!
